David Vilajoana Eduardo Partner

David is BA in Law by Universidad de Barcelona UB, Member of the Bar of Barcelona, Master in Business Law by Universidad Abat Oliba CEU, Real Estate Agent, public examination, Advanced Course on Labour Law and Social Security by CEF.

He counts with more than 25 years of experience in Corporate, Contractual and Labour Law, and his work focuses on restructuring plans and collective negotiation at labour level.

He started his professional career in Mazars, in 1993, and currently is partner in the firm, specialized in providing corporate and labour advice to private sector companies, transportation and logistics, services, industrial, as well as the performance of Due Diligences for the acquisition of numerous Spanish companies from different sectors (construction, manufacturing, services, distribution, transportation and logistics).

He has collaborated with different centres, giving Labour Law lessons.
