Worldwide Bribery Risk Assessment

Our client is a world leading manufacturer. The group benefits from extensive geographic coverage thanks to its purchasing activities, direct sales and franchise network of dealerships. As an international company woth both import and export activities, our client was significantly at risk of violating anti-corruption laws. Mazars estimated the risk of corruption across all key activities and countries. Thanks Mazars' intervention, our customer was able to clearly identify  business areas exposed to corruption risk and has been able to assess internal control procedures. As a result, they were able to develop an action plan to enhance their anti-bribery control framework.

Statutory Auditor of Valeo

Valeo is one of the world’s leading automotive suppliers. As a technology company, Valeo proposes innovative products and systems that contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions and to the development of intuitive driving. In 2010, Mazars was mandated as the statutory auditor of this group with a scope covering Europe and Central America.

Financing innovation 

The primary objective of our client was to reduce their suppliers' payment delay without significantly impacting its WCR. Our client was looking for a partner capable of building a financial system that would secure its supplies but that would also generate financial and operational profits. The Mazars team was approached to create and implement an innovative and collaborative Reverse Factoring System.

Internal Auditor of Krishna Maruti Group

The Krishna Maruti Group is a diversified enterprise with well defined interests in automotive and non automotive paradigms and amongst the top supplier of Maruti Suzuki India Limited. KMG currently has approximately 1,000 employees in 7 manufacturing locations for manufacturing of metal products and another 2,000 employees in its 12 manufacturing facilities for interior products. Mazars is internal auditor of this group since 2010.

Allied nippon is a joint venture between Talwar Group of Companies and Japan Brake Industrial Company Ltd.(JBI) Part of the Hitachi group, active since 1930. Mazars has been internal auditor for Allied Nippon for 2 years.

A car and motorcycle dealer based in Poland, belonging to a Japanese OEM, was looking for a trusted partner that could help to optimise payroll solutions  while assuring salary confidentiality.  Mazars was mandated and put together a dedicated team of highly qualified experts in the domain of payroll management able to provide the solutions to ensure salary confidentiality. Mazars also provided consultation services for the client's new business strategy, which  focused on optimising payroll costs. Through our support, our client was able to ensure salary confidentiality among its employees and optimise employment costs.
