Clementina Barreda Partner

Clementina has a Law Degree from UCLM, Master on Legal Practice from Instituto de Empresa and she is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Clementina has over 11 years of professional experience in mercantile and regulatory advice; particularly, in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, industrial property, Unfair competition and publicity; in the industries of healthcare, food and tobacco.

As from September 2010 she is a Partner at the Department of Business Law and Regulatory Law.
