Agustín Fernández M&A Partner

Agustín Fernández Miret is a partner responsible for the corporate finance area at Forvis Mazars in Spain and is part of the global corporate finance teams that the firm has worldwide. Before joining Forvis Mazars, he was managing partner of Global Corporate Finance, a boutique specialized in these services.
Agustín holds a degree in Industrial Organization Engineering from ETSII of Bilbao (EHU/UPV) and an Advanced Management Program (PADE) from IESE. He began his career at Roland Berger and later held various executive positions at BBVA and Barclays. Before founding Global Corporate Finance, he was managing partner at ONEtoONE Capital Partners. He has extensive experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, seeking financing, and providing financial advice in the context of investments and divestments.
Currently, he combines his activity with collaborations in various training programs at the School of Engineers of UPM, Universidad de Villanueva UCM, and IESE (valuation and M&A classes). He advises on business strategy and finance to various companies and entrepreneurs.
