María Cabodevilla Partner

Bachelor of Science in Economics (ICADE) and Bachelor in Law (ICADE), Audit MBA (U. Alcalá de Henares) and Chartered Accountant.

Maria started her career at Mazars in 1996, he was appointed Partner in 2009 and since 2017 she is a member of the  Spanish executive team.

Maria has been working on statutory audits and developing multidisciplinary skills through a regular partaking on transaction services projects, mainly due diligences. She develops a quality and entrusting relationship with her clients, being involved on complex referred client assignments at international level as well as on cross-border Spanish groups.

Maria is also a member of the International IFRS Group of Mazars and of the Regulation Department of Mazars Spain. María counts with experience in transaction support assignments (financial due diligence, purchase price adjustments and litigation support procedures).
