Forvis Mazars welcomes new Director of People and Culture

Forvis Mazars, a leading global professional services network, has appointed Tatham Crawford-Lennox as Director of People & Culture in the UK. In leading the firm’s People & Culture function, a national team of over 80 people, Tatham will build upon the firm’s progress in creating a diverse, inclusive and engaged team that prioritises quality.

Tatham is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with deep experience in shaping HR strategy and company culture in large organisations, most recently at PwC. At Forvis Mazars, Tatham will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategy which closely aligns Forvis Mazars’ values and purpose with the daily lived experience of its people at every stage in their career journey. Focusing on four pillars; impact, progression, togetherness and purpose; the firm’s goal is for every team member to reach their full potential.

Forvis Mazars has established clear and ambitious objectives to put people at the heart of its development and is demonstrating measurable successes against these goals. The firm’s latest mean gender pay gap continues a downwards trend to 5.2%, with a mean ethnicity pay gap of just 0.8%.
