These individuals join the partnership following the recent launch of Forvis Mazars, the newest top 10 global professional services network, in June this year. Formed of Mazars, the international audit, tax, and advisory firm, and FORVIS, a top ranked firm in the United States, it provides the agility, capacity and coverage to support clients wherever in the world they operate.
Diego works in Forvis Mazars’ Asset Management Assurance practice and focuses on wealth and asset management, from investment vehicles to corporates, and serves both private and public clients. Diego has played a key role in implementing and embedding national audit quality initiatives within the Asset Management team, fostering a culture that prioritises quality throughout every element of its work.
As a Partner, Diego will focus on servicing the firm’s clients by delivering audits of the highest quality and supporting Forvis Mazars’ strategy in the asset management sector.
Patricia Moroney is an experienced forensic accountant in the Crisis and Disputes team in London. She has over 10 years of experience in undertaking external audit assignments and forensic accountancy work, including dispute resolution, investigation and other forensic accounting cases.
Patricia has experience across a range of forensic accounting cases, including post-acquisition disputes, loss-of-profit disputes, financial reporting disputes and fraud cases, and has worked across a wide range of sectors.
Ryan works in the Model Audit team, which is part of the Forvis Mazars’ Energy, Infrastructure and Environment practice. He is passionate about the energy transition as well as building an inclusive and expert global Model Audit team. While he is now based in London, he has been involved in building the firm’s expertise in India, after having spent time in both Spain and Canada.
Ryan will continue to grow the Model Audit practice in Europe and also seek to continue developing the firm’s reputation more broadly as a trusted advisor to the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Jim is part of the Corporate Tax team and is responsible for delivering technically sound and pragmatic tax solutions to multinational groups.
Earlier in his career Jim spent over two years working in the US with Forvis Mazars USA and managed a number of global engagements to larger, US-headquartered clients.
More recently, Jim's focus is on growing Forvis Mazars’ presence and expertise within the global compliance and reporting market, in addition to building a strong domestic compliance and advisory team.
Daniel has over a decade of experience working in audit in Manchester. He specialises in audit work for public sector organisations across Local Government and NHS.
Adam leads the firm’s Tax Valuation specialism, which advises on the value of businesses, securities and intangible assets for UK and international tax purposes. He advises clients across a range of sectors, from owner managed businesses to Venture Capital and Private Equity investors and large multinational corporations.
Katie is responsible for Forvis Mazars’ UK employer services, leading teams based throughout the UK. Katie’s entire career has been in Payroll, after leaving school and starting an apprenticeship. The majority of her career has been delivering outsourcing services. She has led many projects including system selection and implementation, converting to paperless processing, and rolling out gender pay gap reporting and auto-enrolment when the legislation was first introduced.
Katie is a technical specialist, has a degree in payroll management, and previously served a 3-year term as Board Director for the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals. She is passionate about the future of the payroll outsourcing industry, and is a frequent speaker at industry events. She personally specialises in advising clients on how to secure and improve their people technology and processes to best serve their employees.
