Forvis Mazars welcomes 357 trainees across its UK offices
- The new trainees will be based in 13 Forvis Mazars offices across the UK
- They will work across 6 service lines of the business, with a strong emphasis on audit
- The new intake is made up of 65 school leavers, 219 graduates, 45 industrial placements, and 28 returning placements
- Forvis Mazars recently named as a 2024 UK top 100 apprenticeship employer, and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, celebrating the firm’s commitment to developing talent
The new intake is made up of 65 school leavers, 219 graduates, 45 industrial placements, and 28 returning placements. They will be placed across 13 UK offices, with the majority based in London (148 trainees).
Tatham Crawford-Lennox, Director of People and Culture at Forvis Mazars, said: “We are delighted that so many young professionals have chosen to begin their careers with us and join our highly regarded training programme. In addition to these new trainees, Forvis Mazars’ welcomed 92 paid interns over the summer. Interns were based across 9 offices and gained valuable insights into the accountancy sector and Forvis Mazars, as well as having the opportunity to begin to establish professional networks and connections.
This commitment to developing young talent was recently highlighted by the firm being named in both the Top 100 Apprenticeship employer 2024 rankings and the UK’s top 100 apprenticeship employers by RateMyApprenticeship. This award, based on feedback provided by apprentices, celebrates outstanding UK apprenticeship employers. Forvis Mazars was also recognised by The Times as one of the Top 100 Graduate Employers for 2024.
Recent ICAEW exam results also demonstrate Forvis Mazars’ commitment to early careers and developing talent, with the firm’s candidates significantly outperforming the ICAEW pass rate.
