We’re pleased to share our latest report in which we have published our gender and ethnicity pay gap data. In the report, we discuss the actions we are taking to create an inclusive environment where every individual feels like they belong and is given the opportunity to succeed.

Key Findings

In our pay gap report, we present the findings of our business-wide analysis as of 5 April 2022.

We have reported both the mean and median pay gaps for gender and ethnicity, and these figures are below:

  • Our mean gender pay gap is 7.9%
  • Our median gender pay gap is 2.2%
  • Our mean ethnicity pay gap is 0.4%
  • Our median ethnicity pay gap is -7.4%

What we’re doing to close the gaps - our strategy in action

Creating an inclusive and diverse workplace is at the heart of our firmwide strategy. We’re working to ensure that inclusion and equity are central to decision making processes such as pay and promotions.
