Mazars Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap Report 2021

We’re pleased to share our latest report in which we have published our gender and ethnicity pay gap data. In the report, we discuss the actions we are taking to create a positive and inclusive culture where every individual is given the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

Key Findings

In our pay gap report, we present the findings of our business-wide analysis as of 5 April 2021.

We have reported both the mean and median pay gaps for gender and ethnicity, and these figures are below:

  • Our mean gender pay gap is 9.2%
  • Our median gender pay gap is 3.9%
  • Our mean ethnicity pay gap is 3.8%
  • Our median ethnicity pay gap is 0%    

What we’re doing to close the gaps - our strategy in action

Creating an inclusive and diverse workplace is at the heart of our firmwide strategy.
