Tim Hewson Director - Restructuring and Insolvency

Tim is a Director and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, specialising in personal insolvency matters.

He was previously a specialist Personal Insolvency Appointment Taker at PwC and has considerable experience in dealing with both routine and complex personal insolvency assignments.

Tim is also a member of the Conduct Committee, an independent regulatory and disciplinary committee that oversees the ICAEW Professional Standards Department.

Experience

Tim has over 35 years of experience in dealing with insolvency matters, primarily in relation to individuals and sole trader businesses.

He has been involved with the Joint Insolvency Examination Board in various roles for many years, latterly being the Examiner, and currently the Moderator, for the Personal Insolvency examination.
