Robin Bailey Director - Specialist Tax
Robin is a Director within the UK Global Mobility team. He has over 17 years’ experience in personal and expatriate taxation, providing employers with advice on the cross border tax and social security implications of their employees working overseas.
Robin works with employers GM, Tax, HR, Finance and payroll teams to provide them with practical tax efficient solutions that consider the tax and non-tax considerations of managing an international employment, whilst ensuring they are compliant.
Robin manages a number of expatriate programmes and has experience in working with internal teams to help structure policies and create efficient processes.
In addition, he has significant experience managing tax return programmes, international payrolls, advising on residence and domicile matters and providing advice on structuring international employments, including STBV, NRD and remote workers.
He also provides thought leadership on topical technical issues, speaking at several industry events and writing articles, with a focus on the Financial Services and Higher Education sectors.
