Jim Boylan Partner - Employment Tax

Jim is a partner and leads our London Employment Tax team. He is Responsible for our Employment Tax service offering in London and also supporting our UK-wide team.

Experience 

Jim covers all employment tax-related matters including IR35, National Minimum Wage, Payroll, HMRC reviews and termination payments. Jim joined us in January 2022 after a long career in Big Four firms.

Jim has over 30+ years of experience in Employment Tax. Currently, Jim finds himself assisting with achieving sustainability for clients with an ambition to include cost control and environmental improvements. Of particular interest includes the use of electric cars, reducing carbon footprints and assisting clients with the move to a more environmentally sustainable policy as a differentiator in the global jobs marketplace.
