Background

• Guy Hollander and Adam Harris, both of Forvis Mazars LLP, were appointed as Joint Administrators of the company on 19 June 2024.
• Incorporated in 2003 and operated for many years as a travel agency specialising in cruises, recently acquiring a sports events travel business.
• Operating online with 10 permanent staff.
• Working with all major cruise lines, offering cruises and guided tours with a wide range of itineraries and destinations offered worldwide, with 2,000 cruise bookings in 2023.
• Sports travel division of the business taking sports fans within the UK and worldwide for major sporting events.
• An official agent for a Grand Prix event, recently having taken over 200 guests to the event.

• The sports business’ marketing and social media presence: leveraging a database of over 100 global agents and a B2C database exceeding 35,000 clients.
• 20 years' experience and market presence in the cruise industry with a database in excess of 20,000 customers.
• A well-established team with extensive experience in the industry, producing weekly newsletters to both B2B and B2C customers.
