Our Manchester Deal advisory team is delighted to announce the successful sale of Stonegate Technologies LLP to Babble Cloud Limited.
Stonegate Technologies LLP is a well-established, integrated IT support services business with many years of experience in the SME telecommunications market. The agreement allows Babble, recognised as the UK’s most acquisitive tech company, to continue to fulfil their growth strategy through their existing ‘Buy and Build’ mode.
Stonegate Technologies LLP was advised on the sale by Dave Hilton, Adnaan Karim,& Alex Kingston from Mazars (M&A and SPA Advisory) and Scott Sands & Fran Duffy from Myersons (legal).
