María Eugenia Rubio Partner

Mª Eugenia is a Partner in Mazars and member of Mazars’ Risk Management & Ethics Committee.

She is a practicing lawyer and has been a member of the Bar Association of Madrid (ICAM) since 1995. She also has a Degree in Economics and Business Sciences from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-3). Executive MBA (2011) and has a Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy for Professionals (2001), both from the Instituto Empresa (IE).

She is specialised in commercial law consultancy in national and international corporate groups, with a specialisation in contracting, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

Member of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Independence Commission.
