María Eugenia Rubio Acceptance, Ethics and Independence Partner

Mª Eugenia is a Partner at Forvis Mazars and a member of the Risk Management & Ethics Committee at Forvis Mazars.

She has been a practicing lawyer and a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) since 1995. She also holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-3). She completed an Executive MBA (2011) and a Master's in Tax Advisory for Professionals (2001), both at the Instituto Empresa (IE).

She specializes in advising national and international business groups on commercial law, with a focus on contracts, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions.

She is a member of the Independence Commission of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Spain.
