Cesar Garcia Partner

Cesar is B.Sc. in Business Administration and Management and MBA by ESADE, having followed part of his studies on the Ross Michigan Business School (University of Michigan). He is member of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts.

Cesar joined the Firm on September 2011, and since then he has assumed the responsibility for numerous projects as financial advisor for a large variety of customers in several business sectors. Among others, these works have many consisted on business mergers and acquisitions, valuations, business refinancing and restructuring operations, analyses of feasibility plans, etc., both at national and international levels.

Additionally, Cesar has organized and coordinated several finance-related conferences and seminars. He has collaborated as assistant professor in several schools and training centres on programmes and seminars related to financial strategy, capital markets and business valuation.
