‘The reform of the planning breach’ by Joan Valentí in Expansion

The Spanish economic journal Expansion published yesterday an opinion piece about the reform of the planning breach written by Joan Valentí, lawyer of Mazars.

The passing of the bill of organic law carried out last week by the Senate has aroused some controversies. Valentí explains, in a concise detailed way, the changes and restrictions that this passing entails. An example of it is that ‘more serious sentences and the greater prescription expect to finish with the impunity’, stated the lawyer.
