‘About the activity of estate agent’ by Luis Jiménez-Asenjo

Luis Jiménez-Asenjo, lawyer of Mazars, published an article about the activity of estate agent in ‘Actualidad Aseguradora’, one of the main magazines of the sector.

Jiménez-Asenjo talks about the new Decree of development of the Catalan Right to Housing Act 18/2007. He concentrates specifically on the articles that refer the obligatory insurances of caution and civil responsibility that should be contracted. Besides, the Official Association of Estate Agents of Barcelona (Colegio de APIS of Barcelona) participated in its redaction to order.
