THE BCPR PROGRAMME:
- Ensures management is aware of business-critical process, people, skills and minimum staffing arrangement through organisational Business Impact Assessment;
- Establishes an emergency preparedness planning and communication strategy;
- Prepares for employee absences through Business Continuity Planning
