Scott Bevan Director - Restructuring and Insolvency

Scott is a restructuring specialist and licensed as an insolvency practitioner operating within our Restructuring Services business. Scott is authorised by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and has over 26 years of experience in restructuring, demergers and insolvency, having held roles at Smith & Williamson and PwC prior to joining the firm. 

Experience

Scott’s experience enables him to evaluate clients’ requirements, identify appropriate solutions and implement them in an effective and efficient manner. Scott regularly advises a wide variety of stakeholders including Shareholders, owner-managed businesses, financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors and professional advisors. Scott is active on all types of restructuring assignments including corporate simplification matters and s.110 restructuring assignments.
