James Sandilands Manager - Financial Due Diligence

James helps a range of strategic investors and private equity houses with making informed investment decisions and helps create, enhance and maximise value through acquisitions.

Experience

James joined us through our Audit graduate scheme in September 2017. He joined the Financial Due Diligence (Deals & Financing) Team in October 2021 and has been involved in numerous buy and sell-side deals for corporates and investors, collaborating with colleagues globally.

Work highlights

James' clients cover a wide range of industries including technology, infrastructure, logistics and healthcare.

In addition, he has been responsible for developing and delivering training sessions for members of the Financial Due Diligence Team on client delivery and technical aspects of a transaction. He is also proud to have delivered rewarding sessions to A-level students under the Access Accountancy programme, a scheme designed to improve access to the profession and promote diversity by offering opportunities to those from varying socio-economic backgrounds.
