We provided buy-side financial and tax due diligence to Grant Handling on its acquisition of Ability Handling

Grant Handling was acquired by Monnoyeur in April 2021 and reports under Aprolis, the materials handling solutions division of Monnoyeur. Aprolis offers forklift hire, sales and maintenance services to its customers and has one of the widest range of forklifts and lifting equipment in the market.

Aprolis is a multi-brand and multi-material European leader and the acquisition of Ability Handling further grows its offering and position in the UK market.
