Mazars acquires tech startup Zettafox
Mazars, the leading international tax, accountancy and advisory firm, has acquired Zettafox, a pioneering prescriptive analytics and data science specialist. Zettafox’s three co-founders and managers, Patrick Zerbib, Marc Atallah and Luis Belmar Letelier, are to become Partners of Mazars France.
Zettafox deploys machine learning and big data analytics to deliver solutions for clients of all sizes and across all sectors. Services include the data rationalisation and management, data analysis, and the development of corresponding strategic and decision-making tools.
The Zettafox team will continue to work with its current clients, while also offering its services to Mazars’ global client base. In addition, the team will apply its knowledge and expertise to Mazars itself; identifying opportunities to integrate a sophisticated approach to existing processes and support the firm’s ongoing drive towards digital transformation.
