Fernanda Salomon Associate Director - Monitoring Trustees

Fernanda is an Associate Director within the Monitoring Trustee team in London, with over ten years of experience.  She specialises in Merger Control and State-Aid Monitoring Trustee services and has worked with regulatory competition authorities in the EU, the US and Latin America.

Over the years, Fernanda gained experience in reviewing and monitoring the implementation of hold separate and ring-fencing plans as part of global merger cases. Fernanda is experienced in reviewing business transformation plans and compliance with structural and behavioural commitments across a wide range of industries.

Fernanda is a Spanish native speaker and is fluent in English. She has a BSc Economics (Honours) from Bath University, an MSc in Business Analytics and Consulting from Warwick Business School and a diploma in Competition Economics from King’s College.
