Amanda Barker Partner – Audit Financial Services

Amanda has over 17 years’ experience working with clients in the insurance sector. She spent 13 years based outside of London managing the Central Region’s portfolio of primarily insurance sector financial services clients before transferring into our London Financial Services team. She specialises in the insurance sector and is responsible for a portfolio of insurance underwriters and intermediaries ranging in size from smaller owner managed businesses to large corporate entities.

Amanda was part of the team who wrote the CCH Insurance Brokers Industry Accounting and Auditing guide. She is responsible for the provision of training to those working with FCA regulated entities and she is also part of the firm’s quality assurance team undertaking internal quality control reviews to help ensure the highest standards on audit quality are adhered to.
