The payroll landscape for this client across EMEA is complex with multiple providers across different countries and divisions. As part of a review of this landscape, the client wanted to rationalize their supplier base, streamline their internal processes, improve the reliability of their internal data and move to a corporate solution that bridged across the current divisional structures that are in place.
Following detailed discussions with the client transformation leads for payroll in EMEA, we worked with key stakeholders to design an automatic interface between Oracle HCM and our payroll applications.

The design allows the client to reduce the amount of data manipulation which they are undertaking internally for payroll and also provides immediate feedback on data quality as part of the validation checks.
The engine is currently being developed with the client and will be rolled out early in 2021.
