Background

• Recently founded, the Company primarily manufactures popcorn supplying a variety of retail and wholesale customers.
• Products comprise multiple varieties, flavours (including toffee) and packaged popcorn, including own label and bulk for food service, onward packaging or ingredients supply.  The business also supplies corn, sugar and other raw materials.
• Large scale production facilities (leased) employing c. 50 members of staff.
• Principal assets comprise plant & machinery, stock, intellectual property, manufacturing knowledge and expertise and customer base.
