• Incorporated in 1988, the Company trades predominantly (90%) as a B2C supplier of stone kitchen worktops and also has a separate trading division as a manufacturer and B2C supplier of stone memorials.
• Products comprise both quartz and solid surface worktops as well as artisan stone memorials.  In addition to the products offered, the Company also offers bereavement support to its clients in respect of the memorial business.
• The Company operates principally from its leasehold head office premises in Yorkshire, which includes modern showrooms for both divisions, together with office space and workshops. The Company additionally utilises six freehold premises as retail branches for the memorials side of business.
• A total of 77 people are employed by the Company and these are split 45 in the worktop side of the business and 23 in the memorials side, with a further 9 working across both divisions.
• Principal assets comprise freehold and leasehold properties, plant & machinery, stock, manufacturing knowledge and expertise.
