East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (EoECPC) framework
East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub
East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub is an award-winning, not-for-profit NHS organisation which provides member trusts and publicly-funded bodies with strategic purchasing support and specialist knowledge across the entire health economy. The Statutory Audit and Multi-Specialty Services and Advisory Consultancy Services framework allows for suppliers to tender for a range of opportunities.
Who is it for?
EoECPC’s customers are predominantly NHS organisations placed in the South of England. The majority of the customers are foundation trusts, CCG’s or trusts.
How does it work?
We have been named on the EoECPC statutory audit and multi-specialty services and advisory consultancy services framework for external audit, consultancy audit and financial services (lot 1 and 8) which runs until 17th November 2022. The statutory audit and multi-specialty audit and advisory consultancy services framework enables members to access audit services through a legally compliant route which conform to current and future legislation and audit best practice requirements.
The benefits
Rates are in place which can be reduced further via a competition. Suppliers’ pricing remains anonymised and confidential to help maintain competitive edge.
Suppliers are compliant with the relevant boards and codes of practice. The framework is already compliant, removing the need to run a full tender. Benefits include significantly reduced procurement timescales and access to cost-effective and quality assured suppliers.
Suppliers listed on the framework were assessed during the procurement process on their track record, experience and technical and professional ability and all demonstrated audit experience of publicly-funded entities before being awarded a place on the framework.
Call-off order contracts awarded under the framework are valid for a period of up to five years.
NHS trusts may benefit from free training and advice as well as locally tailored services.
Members may pick from an extensive list of suppliers and, if desired, use a mini-competition to determine which one best meets their needs and specifications.
