Background
Amy joined Forvis Mazars Hong Kong in 2007 and works closely with clients and contacts of various professions in setting up effective onshore and offshore structures and oversees the ongoing administration and statutory compliance of the numerous companies and trusts under the control of Forvis Mazars Hong Kong. She is currently in charge of our Corporate Secretarial service.
Amy commenced her career in the field of professional corporate secretarial services when she joined a major international CPA firm upon graduation from her tertiary education and was qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1991.
Amy developed a wide range of experience in various aspects of corporate services activities and management consultancy skills throughout the period in excess of 20 years of her employment with international CPA firms and international bank groups covering the establishment, ongoing compliance and liquidation of companies and trusts under various legislations and in various jurisdictions. She also deals with fund setup and management, tax affairs, and day-to-day administration of the clients' businesses to a certain extent, and undertakes due diligence in respect of clients' businesses in compliance with the money laundering awareness policies and procedures.
