Overseas Listing and Financing Seminar (12 July 2024)
On 12 July 2024, our Partners, Paul She and Sam Tsoi, Director, Karen Lau, and Senior Manager, Harris Yuan were invited as guest speakers to attend the “Overseas listing and financing seminar” (海外上市融資宣講交流會) hosted by ZSZH Chongqing, together with OA International, SPDB International and Mission Bay Management Consulting Company.
This seminar gathered the representatives from leading state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in Chongqing, investment companies and securities firms. During the event, Paul, Sam, and Harris introduced the Hong Kong capital market, Hong Kong's business environment, and the main issues of concern for Mainland China enterprises' Hong Kong IPOs. Karen also shared the business and tax considerations of the Hong Kong market.
The attendees also discussed the valuation of Hong Kong-listed companies, Hong Kong stock trading, and the business market of other APAC countries. It was a valuable opportunity to share insights with industry leaders!
