Mazars announces Ariane Rossi as Group Chief Financial Officer and new member of its Group Management Team (25 February 2021)
25 February 2021: Mazars, the international audit, tax and advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ariane Rossi as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a new member of the Group Management Team.
Rossi joined Mazars in April 2018 as CFO of Mazars in France and Deputy CFO of Mazars Group. Prior to Mazars, she spent seven years with Eutelsat, a leading satellite operator in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas. She held several leadership roles in the Finance team during this time, most recently as Deputy CFO. A seasoned finance professional, Rossi has more than 25 years’ experience in finance operations and management, spanning a broad range of sectors including audit, automotive, construction, consulting and telecommunications.
As Group CFO, she will work closely with Mazars’ Group Executive Board (GEB) and joins the Group Management team. Reporting to Hervé Hélias, CEO and Chairman of Mazars Group, her focus will be on further reinforcing the firms’ operational integration and performance measurement, to accompany its ongoing growth journey. Rossi replaces Eric Albrand, who steps down as Group CFO and becomes an advisor to the GEB.
