Karen Lau, Head of Tax Services

Being the leader of the transfer pricing team in Hong Kong, Karen assists her clients in transfer pricing planning and regulatory compliance; and also provides transfer pricing support in the IPO process. Karen has in-depth experience in providing tax services, including tax health check, tax planning, corporate restructuring, pre-IPO advisory from both Hong Kong and China tax perspectives. Her clients include MNCs, state-owned enterprises, listed companies and SMEs. 

Pauline Leung, Tax Services

Pauline has solid experience in advising clients on Hong Kong tax issues, including tax efficient structure for investment, M&A, health check review, corporate reorganization, pre-IPO tax advisory, tax advisory for individuals, etc.  She has extensive experience in serving listed and international clients in a wide spectrum of industries, ranging from trading, retailing, shipping to regulated businesses, e.g. asset management, insurance, etc.

With a wealth of experience in both local and cross-border Merger & Acquisition transactions, Najla has successfully navigated deals across diverse sectors and company sizes, from SMEs to MNCs and listed companies.
