Emerging Leader Development Program 2024 (7-10 October 2024)
The 4-day Forvis Mazars Emerging Leader Development Program provides 50+ participants from around the globe with a wide range of learning opportunities to equip them as leaders.
From 7 to 10 October 2024, our partner, Najla Belkhoja and our principals, Amanda Yuen, Basy Li attended the program, hosted by Forvis Mazars in Germany.
The program covers several key business skills, always with a focus on how to apply them, both personally and within an organizational context. Effective leadership, strategy formulation, better decision-making and negotiating skills, and successful change management form the core of the program’s agenda.
