Mazars in Hong Kong co-hosted a Tarte aux Fraises Baking Workshop with Alliance Française de Hong Kong (6 July 2021)

On 6 July, our colleagues got together at the French dessert Tarte aux Fraises baking workshop co-hosted with Alliance Française de Hong Kong. Followed by Chef Molinna’s cooking demonstration, our colleagues gave full play of creativity to make the strawberry custard tarts and everyone enjoyed a lot the sweet pastry with hand-picked white wine from Chenin. It was such a perfect combination when serving strawberry tart with white wine!
