AFHK French Mushroom Soup Workshop (13 December 2024)
To kick off the holidays, our team at Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong gathered on 13 December 2024 for a heartwarming culinary experience. Guided by Muriel Vass from Alliance Française de Hong Kong, we dove into the art of making a classic French mushroom soup from scratch.
Getting together to enjoy the rich, creamy mushroom soup with delightful side dishes was the perfect way to start the Christmas celebration. The evening was filled with laughter as we rolled up our sleeves to cook and connected across different teams.
