Background

Sam joined Forvis Mazars Hong Kong in December 2010 and his audit experience spans over Hong Kong-listed companies (Main Board and GEM). He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, financial due diligence and advisory in the Asian Pacific region including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

Sam has strong knowledge in the practical application of Hong Kong and International Financial Reporting Standards, Hong Kong Listing Rules, etc. He also has solid experience in capital market assignments, e.g. IPO, acquisition and disposal transactions, due diligence, and is experienced in working with other Forvis Mazars offices on cross-broader assignments.
