2023 Mazars LEAD Programme in Milan (22-26 May 2023)
Our Partners from Mazars in Hong Kong Sam Tsoi and Thomas So embarked on LEAD programme together with Mazarians coming from 40 countries in Milan from 23 to 26 May. They have returned with invaluable experiences and insights to share, enriching the collective knowledge and connect with other senior leaders in this programme.
As part of Mazars University, the LEAD (Leadership, Enhancement, Assessments, & Development) programme focuses on providing a learning experience that gives our participants forward-looking feedback, encourages them to play to their strengths and allows them to develop their coaching aptitudes as leaders and peer-coaches.
