Background

Hang joined the firm in 1989. Since his joining to Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong, he has been auditing companies of all sizes, from SMEs to listed local, PRC and overseas companies. His clients include those from the regulatory industries such as securities and commodities dealers and financial advisory service providers. 
 
Aside from performing assurance services on accounts which are prepared in accordance with HKGAAP/USGAAP/IAS, Hang also conducted due diligence and was engaged in special projects in relation to mergers and acquisitions, IPOs (in Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, the US and Norway), other fund raising activities and special investigation.
