Background

Robinson joined Forvis Mazars’ office in Shanghai in 2002 as an audit manager and being promoted CARL partner in 2008. Before joining Forvis Mazars, Robinson worked for one of the Big Fours in Shanghai.

With over 25 years professional experience in auditing, Robinson has deep knowledge in International and Chinese accounting standards, tax and business regulations as well as the practice of business operations. Robinson has assisted a large number of international companies to set up their businesses in the PRC and provided ongoing advisory services to their business operations in the PRC, including audit assurance service, corporate merger and acquisition advisory service, internal control and corporate governance compliance advisory services.
