Record Keeping
A central record of all complaints will be held by the Forvis Mazars Group Compliance Officer, who may report to the National Executive and to the firm’s Independent Non-Executives.
Any personal data provided thereof shall only be kept during the time strictly necessary to deal with the alerts raised.
Forvis Mazars uses all appropriate security measures to ensure the protection of the information collected in the context of the External Complaints Procedure, in compliance with this Privacy Policy and with all applicable regulations.
Right of access and modification
