Eunice Kwok and Kenneth Morrison interviewed by A+ Magazine on gender parity
While accounting is one of the most gender-equal professions in Hong Kong, women are still under-represented at senior levels.
Eunice Kwowk, Practising Director at Mazars Hong Kong, and Kenneth Morrison, Managing Director of Mazars Hong Kong, have been interviewed by James Ockenden for his article "Tallying the gender gap".
While Mr. Morrison is confident in the retention and promotion policy implemented at Mazars Hong Kong office - especially as the number of female partners has increased by 20% in 5 years -, Mrs. Eunice Kwok explains that women have different priorities.
