Mazars in Hong Kong assists Skymission Group Holdings Limited in successful IPO (29 Sep 2020)
Mazars in Hong Kong had the pleasure of facilitating the listing of Skymission Group Holdings Limited (“Skymission”) on the Main Board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEX”).
On 29 September 2020, Skymission’s public shares were listed on the Main Board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEX”) under the stock code 01429. Mazars in Hong Kong worked as the reporting accountant to bring this formwork works subcontractor public. This was led by our Partner from Audit, Adrian Law and the team of experts from Mazars in Hong Kong.
Skymission is an established formwork works subcontractor in Hong Kong. They provide formwork works services to the main contractors who are typically construction companies operating in public and private sector construction works.
