Leading Tax Advisory Specialist joins Mazars Hong Kong
Mazars Hong Kong is pleased to announce that Catherine Tse, an expert in corporate tax advisory and compliance services, has joined as Senior Manager – Tax Services.
Ms. Tse has extensive experience in advising corporations on IPOs and corporate restructuring as well as issues involving acquisitions, reorganizations and cross border investments.
She also has experience in transfer pricing, ranging from planning and design to support services. She spent two years in Ernst & Young Shanghai focusing on various transfer pricing engagements and has assisted clients in a range of industries including telecommunications, transportation, services, general trading and manufacturing.
Catherine is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
