Anthony Tam joins Linklaters' in back to back Round-table talks on Employee Incentives

On 9 April 2019, our Tax Executive Director, Anthony Tam, joined Linklaters in Hong Kong to discuss employee incentives for regulated financial institutions and insurers. Anthony shed some light on salaries tax planning for Hong Kong & Non-Hong Kong employees and touched on various tax deductibles for employers while planning their incentive programs. The discussion was well received by the attendees.

On 10 April 2019, our Executive Tax Director, Anthony Tam, teamed up with Linklater’s to discuss more on employee incentive programs but for Tech, financial sponsors and private companies. Anthony touched on subjects involving HK employment vs. Non-HK employment, setting up and maintaining employee trusts, and stock options all in regards to employee incentives. The message was well received by the attendees.
