Mazars sponsors the "Gender Equality from a Man's Perspective" panel event
“Gender Equality from a Man’s Perspective” is the title of the latest piece of research conducted by Mazars and WoMen'Up. It analyses the perspectives of men from 60 nationalities on evolving male/female relations.
To take the discussion a step further, Mazars is sponsoring a panel discussion which will look at men's perspectives on gender equality in the workplace, as well as in the private life. Do men's visions matches women's expectations? Do they play a part in reducing stereotypes? The discussion will also seek to find out whether men feel threatened by female leadership in the workplace and their views on "men's networks" in response to a growing number of "professional women's networks".
The panel discussion will be followed by a cocktail reception allowing guests to continue the debate and to network with the speakers and guests.

About the speakers
Justin D’Agostino is the global head of Herbert Smith Freehills' dispute resolution practice. He is a leading international arbitration lawyer having acted as counsel and advocate before tribunals all over the world including Hong Kong, London, Singapore, The Hague, Beijing, Bangkok and Zurich. Justin regularly sits as an arbitrator – as presiding arbitrator, co-arbitrator and sole arbitrator. He also speaks regularly on a variety of topics relating to arbitration and international law and is a Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University in Beijing. Justin is a member of the Council and Executive Committee of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, and a founding member of HK45, a group of arbitration practitioners based in Asia.
Muriel de Saint Sauveur has been working at Mazars for more than 20 years and is both the director of the International Marketing and Communications Agency and of Diversity. She is the author of the book “A women’s world, a better world?’’, published in French, English, Russian and Chinese, which presents what 100 women from 33 countries would change in this world if they had the power to. Muriel actively and passionately contributes to the topical issue of women empowerment by participating to conference-debates as a panellist, holding presentations as speaker for private companies and leading international surveys.
Nick Marsh is Managing Director of Harvey Nash Asia Pacific, a London listed global executive search and leadership consulting firm. The Executive Search business is ranked as one of the leaders in Northern Europe and one of the top 10 in EMEA. Nick currently sits on the Executive Committee of this US$1bn public company and has conducted multiple searches in the APAC region for clients including Fortune 500, FT100 and PE backed firms.

Stephen Golden is the Asia Pacific Head of Global Leadership and Diversity at Goldman Sachs. Stephen began his career at Goldman Sachs in 1993 as a technology analyst in New York. He moved to London in 1995 and later changed his career to be a project manager focusing on both technology and compliance. In 2004, Stephen became co-head of the Goldman Sachs European Gay and Lesbian Network. Stephen moved into a full time diversity role in London in 2005. In 2007-2008 he had a 5 month short term assignment as the head of diversity in Japan. In July 2008, Stephen relocated to Hong Kong into his current role. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He and his civil partner, Richard, live in Hong Kong.
