15th Anniversary Celebration: Guangdong Provincial Local Taxation Bureau Tax Officers Secondment Program

This event was held on 26 – 28 September 2017 in the academy of GDLTB in Taishan, China. More than hundreds of tax officers who had participated in the secondment program were gathered in the academy to celebrate the anniversary. Mazars and Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) were very honoured to be invited to join this event. John Poon, Barbara Siu, and Chase Kwok of our PRC tax department participated in it.

For more than a decade, GDLTB has seconded its tax officers to work in the tax department of Mazars and Big 4 for a period of 6 to 9 months every year. This year is the 15th anniversary of the secondment program. During the event, we did various activities alongside with the representatives of GDLTB and Big 4, e.g. we had given a speech to the heads of GDLTB during a ceremony, participated in group functions with the previous secondees and celebration party, etc.
