Dr. Daniel Ruppelt is a Partner at Forvis Mazars (formerly Mazars) . After working at the European Commission in Brussels and a major international law firm, he joined Forvis Mazars (formerly Mazars) in 2004.  He completed his doctorate on an antitrust law topic as the chair of Professor Franz Jürgen Säcker at the Free University of Berlin. Since 2007, Dr. Daniel Ruppelt has been a commercial and corporate law specialist. His practice focuses on transactional advice/ M&A, where he has many years of experience advising on complex corporate transactions.
