Greg Hall Partner - Head of Deals and Financing

Greg is a Partner and due diligence specialist, working with a wide range of sectors. He leads the UK firm's deals and financing business unit, which encompasses due diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, and monitoring trustee work.

Greg has been with Forvis Mazars since 2001, is also the UK firm's Ethics Partner and has previously been the Chair of the UK Governance Council.

Greg's recent transactional experience with UK and international corporations and PE-backed businesses (buy-side and sell-side due diligence) includes:

• Financial Services (including IFAs, Accountancy firms / FAAS)

• Healthcare (including domiciliary healthcare)
